Grandma’s Cheese and Egg Bars

2 C Biscuit baking mix
1 C Milk
4 Eggs
2 C Heavy Cream
1/2 t White Pepper
2 C (8 oz) shredded Cheddar Cheese
5 oz shredded Swiss Cheese

Preheat over to 350. Spray 9 x 13 pan with Pam. In medium bowl combine baking mix and milk, mix well. Spread the misture in baking dish. In medium bowl beat eggs, heavy cream, and white pepper until well blended. Stir in cheeses and pour over batter. Bake 40-45 minutes, or until golden. Cool slightly before cutting into bars. Serves: 9-12
