Easy Hash Browns au Gratin

2 lbs. Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes
1 teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
2/3 cup chopped Onion
2 cups shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
½ cup melted Butter
2 cups Sour Cream
1 can condensed Cream of Chicken Soup

¼ cup melted Butter
2 cups crushed Corn Flakes

Thaw potatoes. Combine with salt, pepper, onion
and cheese. In separate bowl mix butter, sour
cream and soup; add to potatoes. Pour into greased
casserole.. Combine extra melted butter with corn
flakes and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake 350
1 hour and 15 minutes. SERVES: 12-15
