Chili-Rubbed Salmon


Fish

1 tablespoon Chili Powder
2 teaspoons Dill Seeds
1 teaspoon Lemon Pepper
½ teaspoon ground Cumin
4 (4-6 oz.) Salmon Steaks or Fillets
¼ cup Butter

Combine chili, dill seeds, lemon pepper and
cumin; press evenly over fish. (If using fillets,
remove skin first and pound to uniform
thickness.)

Melt butter in large nonstick skillet over
medium heat. Cook steaks 5 minutes per
side (a little less for thinner fillets).
