Chai – Indian Spiced Tea


imag004Chai or Masala Tea
(From the Rana’s)

 

6 Cups Water
4 teas loose tea or 3 tea bags – Darjeeling variety
1/2 teas fennel seeds
1/4 teas cardamom seed
1 cinnamon stick or 1/4 teas ground cinnamon
4 whole ground cloves or dash of ground cloves
1/8 cup milk or half and half

Place water and ingredients in pan and bring to boil. Strain and serve.
